To vote by mail, you must fit one of these requirements:

• 65 years of age or older

• Have a disability

• Won't be in Harrison County on Nov. 3

• Confined in jail (not federal prison)

2) If you fit one of those requirements, request a ballot by filling out this form and emailing it to ballotbymail@co.harrison.tx.us or having it delivered to the Harrison County Elections Office (address below) before Friday, October 23rd.

3) The elections office will then send you a ballot. Fill it out, send it in by one of these methods by Tuesday, November 3rd.
